These are not the eyes of someone who's at all well

Nonetheless, she's already campaigning ("toe-dipping") in Iowa, to be your new Republican preznit!

Sarah Palin, looking particularly crazed

Did you see that speech on C-span?
It was hailed as "Presidential" by commenters on the"Hot Air".
I still find it hard to get through a Palin speech.
Totally....different interpretations, and perceptions of an individual, IMO.
"Presidential"? Not even close.

That's the funniest thing I've heard since the last time Bill Kristol pitched someone as a sure thing.

I still find it hard to get through a Palin speech.

I'm even worse off than you -- even if someone posts a one-minute clip and writes, "Here, you must watch this hilariously stupid thing she says," I can barely sit through that. I'm not sure what it is, but part of it has something to do with her smugness about being so thoroughly uninformed crossed with her self-assurance about having it all figured out, even as what she's saying would cause any parser to vomit.

And then, of course, there's the faux-ksiness. Even from the perspective of people who want to believe whatever bromide she's selling, I still cannot understand why she isn't immediately seen as an utter phony. ('Course, I said that about George W. Bush in 1999, too.)

"Presidential"? Not even close.

My sense, too, of course. Let us hope that a strong majority of the country continues to share our view on that.
