Nowadays, security guys break the Mac every single day. Every single day, they come out with a total exploit, your machine can be taken over totally. I dare anybody to do that once a month on the Windows machine.

Of course the real WTF is: "the" Windows machine. I wonder which Windows machine he's talking about? Unlike GWB's famous description of "the Google", there are many millions of Windows boxes out there which could aspire to being "the" one.
I reckon this Windows machine of which he speaks, it obviously lives in some underground bunker, unconnected to anything and unused.
Still gets rooted once a month of course.

Getting rooted once a month isn't so bad. The OS generally has to be reinstalled about that frequently, anyway.
