But I have to say, I'm reluctantly in favor of drone strikes, if the only alternative, which it so often is in these United States, is carpet bombing and wholesale invasion. I'd like to see a more well-defined legal mechanism and better civilian/Congressional/judicial oversight, but I think that if it is stipulated that some people are such threats or so heinous that they need killing, then I would rather at least limit the collateral damage.; 11:30 AM, August 17, 2012
