Foaming at the Mouth

It's not just pet food anymore. Now it's toothpaste:

Consumers were advised yesterday to discard all toothpaste made in China after federal health officials said they found Chinese-made toothpaste containing a poison used in some antifreeze in three locations: Miami, the Port of Los Angeles and Puerto Rico.

I've ranted about this before, as you might recall.

Word in from MK, who had the unhappiness to spend a night in the hospital a few weeks ago: They gave her made-in-China toothpaste for her morning ablutions, and she said it tasted horrible beyond belief.

When you think that the hospital probably banged her insurance company ten bucks for that one shot of toothpaste …
