Swiped from kyklops, who has helpfully transcribed the lyrics, skillfully weaving them into a narrative of current events and his own past.
I expect the current crop* of hipsters would sneer at me for this, but Rage remains one of my favorite bands of all time, and this is one my favorite songs by them.
* Delighted to see that this has been watched 4,812,936 times on the YouTubes as of this moment (and no, those weren't all me). Rock on, old fogies!
UPDATE: New embed, for obvious reasons.
And let's have a live version, too!

Dang, the "video is no longer available."
Can you still see it? A comment was left as of one hour ago, so it was working for at least *someone.*
By sheer coincidence, I am watching it right this minute. Also plays on YouTube (by following the alt. video link). Maybe clear your cache, do a super-reload of the page and try again?
Yeah, I followed the ALT link, too. How strange.
You know, I get this message frequently, but I never imagined that it wasn't common to everyone. I've always just assumed it meant the video was taken down -- either by the user who posted it or YouTube themselves (for, e.g., copyright violations.)
I'll try your suggestions and let you know if it works.
Oh, wait... I just clicked the link again, and now it's working.
Boy, I really didn't have your musical tastes pegged at all. Long time ago I asked you what kind of music you liked and, if I recall, you said you weren't really into music. Am I confused about that? In any event, this song kicks ass.
Now that I know you like this song, I'm forced to ask: Do you like Jane's Addiction?
I love music. I may have said something about not being that into the latest in rock music anymore. This has more to do with the massive suckage of most radio stations, though, and fewer friends with whom I'd hang around and talk music.
I'm also like a lot of jazz and blues, I've recently acquired a taste for trance, and I dabble in just about every form that isn't "soft" or "lite" or dreary "singer/songwriter" mewling. Or New Age (*shudder*). Still don't have much patience for opera or most classical, but I'm trying to get some culcha.
Love Jane's Addiction, or at least, I did back in the day. The last album I heard from them ("Strays") didn't do much for me, but "Nothing's Shocking" and "Ritual de lo Habitual" are still among my favorites.
Glad the video worked. Thanks for letting me know. I don't know why you have frequent problems. Is your Flash up to date?
"Nothing's Shocking" is the one that I fell in love with. "Ritual" was good, too. And you're right: Stray was aptly named.
Have you listened to Sisters of Mercy? Joy Division? The Smiths?
Those aren't precisely in the same territory as Rage and Jane's Addiction, but they're close.
I only vaguely know The Smiths and Joy Division. What I can think of them, I like okay, although they've never blown me away.
I don't think I know Sisters of Mercy beyond recognizing the name.
