Phytosanitary -- standards about which Henry Farrell (via) says don't ask, but which I did look up the first part and then got annoyed with myself for not puzzling it out from its roots (heh), but anyway, at least I knew enough not to confuse it with fidosanitary, which appears to be the last remaining reason for keeping Dick Cheney's old nominal boss out of jail.
