(Maybe not quite. Updated below)
Busted, by Geoffrey Dunn:
Sarah Palin's speech delivered in Anchorage on Wednesday -- the one in which she declared "screw political correctness" and wondered why "we have to pussyfoot around our troublesome foes" -- repeatedly lifted from an article written four years ago by Newt Gingrich and Craig Shirley without attribution.
Cue the Wingnutosphere: "B-b-b-but what about Joe Biden?" in 5... 4... 3...

I looked into this a little more, and ... eh, maybe not quite out-and-out plagiarism. According to the Alaska Daily News, Palin's attorney took exception with the charge after the ADN had linked to Dunn's post and claimed she had attributed by mentioning Newt during the speech.
From other reading, I see that Dunn modified his post after it originally went up (this is noted at the bottom of his post). Apparently, he softened his original charge from "plagiarism" to "lifted."
