Mozilla has released a patch that closes several security holes, including one rated "critical" and two rated "high." The update, to version 3.0.9, also includes some stability fixes. Details are in the release notes, if you want them.
If you don't have automatic updates or notifications enabled, do Help → Check for Updates. The whole process went off without a hitch for me, and took less than a minute.
