What a tip off, and I'm glad that the interviewer saw it and responded to it.
It's pretty pathetic when some Canadian slob living in Japan for the past 10 years (i.e. me) knows what the Bush Doctrine is, but a potential American VP candidate hasn't got a clue.
I warned you before, Brendan. Godzilla and I will wade over there and kick all your asses if you guys blow this!
Can't you come now? There are still more than a few media types who could use a little Bush Doctrining.
