Here's a new 30-second spot reminding you of another aspect of McCain's past that he'd probably prefer you not talk about too much:

Apart from the Republican war on the Constitution and the rule of law, it is my feeling that there is no more important issue than Social Security. If we allow the Republicans to wipe out this important program, exposing the elderly to the vagaries of "free markets," we will have lost our claim to be a 1st world nation.

"Free Markets": That's where enormous Wall Street investment banks are socialized and immunized against risk, while elderly poor are left to die homeless and without medical care as punishment for their lack of "personal responsibility." It still blows my mind that these people can claim to be any of the following: Christian, pro-life, compassionate, or capitalist.
