Okay, not really that exciting. But any victory over The Man, amirite?
The letter (PDF) from Mike Godwin, General Counsel, Wikimedia Foundation, is worth reading -- it's a marvel of understatement, back-handed compliments, and dry wit. If you spend time arguing online (not that I would know anything about this), it's a pleasing contrast to the sort of rebuttal you usually encounter.
