Actually, this is only part of the larger original cartoon by Chan Lowe. This bit seemed more timeless, and sharper, to me.

Yes, I guessed it was words left out. It is more effective without them & the strange drawing of Crist.
That was a strange drawing of Crist, wasn't it? I guess it's hard to caricature him in a recognizable way without making fun of his tan, though.
Oh, and now that you mention it, I wish I could claim credit for having the thought that "no words" would amplify the "no ideas" bit.
The truth is, I just cut out the words for the same i cut out Crist -- those parts made the cartoon only of transient interest.
Now that I look at the picture some more, though, I think the talking-but-no-words-coming-out aspect is a happy addition.
To my subtraction, I mean.
