DougJ of Balloon Juice has some thoughts, and a link to a Sullivan/Ambiner discussion, about why WATB Judd Gregg pulled out of the Commerce Secretary job. It does sound more plausible than anything else I can think of that someone from the GOP enforcement division got to him, because his explanations about "suddenly realizing" what Obama was all about claims a level of stupidity too high (low?) to be believed, even for a Republican member of Congress.

I love watching the videos of those two guys...it's like watching kids with secret decoder wings, or something...I mean, they're commenting about serious stuff, but they seem to be enjoying themselves so much. Or maybe I'm thinking of Wayne's World.
LOL! That's a good way of putting it -- obsessing over political gossip instead of rock star gossip.
